Saturday, April 18th, 9:30am - Whitehall Sanding and Painting Day! - VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - Here’s your chance to help out! Join us at LIC Boathouse at 4601 5th Street, Long Island City in Queens. We’ll sign waivers at the boathouse then walk to where the rowboats are stored.  We’ll sand the rowboat floorboards and paint the boats.  Please sign up here to let us know you’ll be joining us!  If you can’t make it early or for a full shift - we’re flexible.  Join us when you can!

Saturday, May 16th - Sebago Canoe Club All Club Invitation - VOLUNTEERS only event.  Time: Arrive at 9 a.m. for 10 a.m. launches; BBQ at 2:00 p.m. -   
Sebago Canoe Club is once again inviting members of metropolitan kayaking clubs and organizations to a day on the water and a BBQ. It's a chance to greet friends old and new!  We'll be launching kayaks, big canoes, and rowing boats of various sizes. Please sign up here to let us know you’d like to join the party and whether you are able to offer a ride or need one to Canarsie in Brooklyn.
