Saturday, May 16th - Sebago Canoe Club All Club Invitation - VOLUNTEERS only event.  Time: Arrive at 9 a.m. for 10 a.m. launches; BBQ at 2:00 p.m. -   
Sebago Canoe Club is once again inviting members of metropolitan kayaking clubs and organizations to a day on the water and a BBQ. It's a chance to greet friends old and new!  We'll be launching kayaks, big canoes, and rowing boats of various sizes. Please sign up here to let us know you’d like to join the party and whether you are able to offer a ride or need one to Canarsie in Brooklyn.

Sunday, May 17th - 10am - Roll and Row - Join us for the first rowing trip of the season. We meet at LIC Boathouse at 4601 5th Street, Long Island City in Queens. We’ll sign waivers at the boathouse then head to Anable Basin.  We’ll walk our 2 large Whitehall Gig Rowboats from our Anable Basin concrete dock to 2nd street ramp.
At 2nd Street, we will board the boats and launch into Newtown Creek. We’ll row at a leisurely pace back to Anable Basin then tie the rowboats onto our floating dock. Anyone over 18 can sign up to participate. Volunteers have first choice of limited seats.  Please sign up here to let us know you’ll be there!
